The Chelsea 288GGFJW-M8RZ is a 288 Series heavy-duty constant mesh Power Take-Off built on the 10-bolt mounting platform. The 288 Series carries a continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and features a ductile iron bearing cap that is 117% stronger than the gray iron caps used on its predecessor, the 287 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists the vibrational forces produced by modern engine designs. The round output shaft (1-1/4" with key) includes a positive stop to protect the oil seal from driveline coupling damage. This unit also incorporates Wet Spline lubrication technology, which delivers a continuous flow of clean oil through the PTO and pump shaft to prevent premature spline fretting. A hose is included with the unit.
