The Chelsea 489QRMEX-66XD is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to bolt directly to manual transmission openings from manufacturers including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths and cutting installation time. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque of 201-300 lb-ft and output power of 46-55 HP, using strong tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
