The Chelsea 871XDFJR-B5XV is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Its compact housing is built to reduce clearance concerns during installation, and multiple assembly arrangements support a wide range of mounting configurations. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibrational effects. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a broad range of application requirements across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper/cleaner vocations.
