The Chelsea 871XDQTS-B5RY is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The compact housing addresses clearance concerns, and nine available speed ratios cover a wide range of application requirements. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Output options span thirteen configurations, including SAE B, SAE BB, and SAE C pump splines, as well as companion flange and DIN flange arrangements. The 871 Series replaces the popular Chelsea 870 Series, incorporating a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than its gray iron predecessor and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap for improved clamp load.

The Chelsea 871 Series replaces the earlier 870 Series PTO. Upgrades include a ductile iron bearing cap and a revised o-ring sealing configuration designed to reduce vibrational effects associated with modern engine designs. The 871 Series is the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three of the following options within a single platform: Wet Spline (extends PTO and pump shaft life), SmartStart (reduces shock load at start-up), and Quiet Gear input. Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) is also available to protect driven equipment.
