The Chelsea 871XEFJP-D3AB is a 10-bolt, PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Its compact housing is engineered to reduce clearance conflicts on tight installations, and the ductile iron bearing cap delivers a significant strength improvement over the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational stress from modern engine designs. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit broad application flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane installations.
