The Chelsea 892PCFJW-B5XK is a hydraulic hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 892 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 4700 Series transmissions. The 892 Series design relocates the PTO and pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, creating better pump clearance compared to standard side-mount configurations. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and the output extension, and the clutch is positioned at the rear of the housing so the gear section sits tightly against the transmission. Wet Spline output technology extends service life on the PTO and pump shaft in demanding duty cycles. The 892 Series mounts on a 10-bolt pattern and includes an additional rear bracket for support. The output flange and shaft are both SAE C. The series carries an intermittent torque rating above 501 lb-ft and output power above 56 HP.
