The Chelsea 899HDFJW-M5XS is a constant mesh Power Take-Off from the 899 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 4700 Series transmissions. The 10-bolt mounting configuration positions the SAE C pump output flange to the rear of the transmission, improving clearance between the PTO housing and the frame rail. Output uses a SAE C 1-1/4"-14T wet spline shaft, extending PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found in extension-style designs. The 899 Series mounts like a standard side-mounted PTO but adds a bracket at the rear of the transmission for additional support. The pump interface at the rear of the transmission allows the housing and gear section to tuck tightly against the transmission, maximizing frame rail clearance.
