The Chelsea 489XQITX-A3RK is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the 489 Series, designed to bolt directly to 8-bolt manual transmission openings found on Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and Eaton Endurant gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a common leak path and reducing installation time. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through a rotatable SAE B 2 or 4-bolt flange with a 7/8" 13-tooth SAE B shaft, and shift actuation is air shift. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
