The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off (part number 288GCFJP-M3RK or 288GCFJPM3RK) is a heavy-duty, 10-bolt constant mesh PTO built on the 281 Series platform. Wider gears and larger-capacity bearings support a single, continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft. Ductile iron bearing caps are 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational stress from modern engine designs. The standard output shaft features a positive stop design that eliminates oil seal damage from shaft couplings. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed needs.
