The Chelsea 249FMLLX-KV25 or 249FMLLXKV25 is a 249 Series Power Take-Off built specifically for Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6R140 TorqShift 6 automatic transmission. It mounts via a 6-bolt Ford pattern and carries an intermittent torque rating of up to 200 lb-ft (271 Nm) for the series. The 249 Series is the only PTO in its class with a patented noise-reduction system designed to suppress torsional noise on these transmissions. Shift is hydraulic, with a single hose connection and an integrated cartridge valve and pressure switch that simplify installation. The series supports both 2WD and 4WD applications and suits aerial, service truck, tow and recovery, small dump, and fire and rescue uses.
