The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off, part number 272JKLLP-B8RK or 272JKLLPB8RK, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO designed for medium-duty applications including towing and recovery, aerial work, construction equipment, and water trucks. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM, among others. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. The Chelsea 272 Series consolidates six prior medium-duty PTO series - the 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 - into a single platform. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options.
