The Chelsea 272NBHVP-V3RK or 272NBHVPV3RK is a 6-bolt, hot shift power take-off from the Chelsea 272 Series, designed for medium-duty applications including towing and recovery, aerial, construction equipment, and water trucks. It features a pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift mechanism with an integral air control valve, and a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW), with shaft power of 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
