The Chelsea 272XSESX-15XD or 272XSESX15XD is a 6-bolt hot shift power take-off from the Chelsea 272 Series, designed for medium-duty applications in towing and recovery, aerial work, construction equipment, and water trucks. It uses pneumatic (air) shift with a PowerShift pneumatic/hydraulic option and mounts with an integral air control valve. The 1-1/4" round output shaft includes a 5/16" keyway. Continuous torque reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW).
