The Chelsea 489GLAHX-A3GY or 489GLAHXA3GY is a Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
