The Chelsea 489GLAHX-A4RB or 489GLAHXA4RB is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly with an 8-bolt one-piece cast iron housing that mounts directly to manual transmissions from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible manufacturers without an adapter plate. This series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm) and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a key and supports Chelsea's 360-degree rotatable flange option. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Internal parts are shared with the Chelsea 442 Series, and the kit-style design simplifies servicing. Available in no-pressure-lube (X) and pressure-lube (P) configurations.
