The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489GLAHX-A5RJ or 489GLAHXA5RJ is a mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on common platforms including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission face, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths compared to earlier designs. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
