The Chelsea 489GLITX-A3AF or 489GLITXA3AF is a 489 Series Power Take-Off for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for a separate adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This PTO uses tapered bearings instead of needle bearings for greater load capacity. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201 to 300 lb-ft and output power in the range of 46 to 55 HP. Compatible transmission types include Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec.
