The Chelsea 489GQITX-A3RB or 489GQITXA3RB is a power take-off assembly from Chelsea's 489 Series, designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating one potential leak path compared to older two-piece designs. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings in place of needle bearings for stronger load capacity, and internal components are common to the 442 Series. Shift is wire/cable mechanical.
