The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489GRAHX-A5RE or 489GRAHXA5RE is an air shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The integral 8-bolt cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity. The 489 Series is rated for intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and delivers shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is via a rotatable SAE B 4-bolt flange with a 1" 15-tooth SAE BB shaft. Compatible transmissions include Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
