The Chelsea 489GSAHX-W3RA or 489GSAHXW3RA is a 489 Series Power Take-Off for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shift is accomplished via wire/cable mechanical actuation. The 489 Series fits most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec, and is suited for applications such as utility trucks, dump trucks, snow and ice removal, and fire and rescue equipment.
