The Chelsea 489KLITX-H3XD or 489KLITXH3XD is a mechanical-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on applications including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing mounts directly to the 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm) and uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
