The Chelsea 489QRLZX-V3RA or 489QRLZXV3RA is a 489 Series Power Take-Off designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201 to 300 lb-ft and delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM shaft power. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity.
