The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XHAHX-A5GF or 489XHAHXA5GF, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec, without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the 8-bolt transmission opening and delivers the same torque capacity as the 442 Series. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings instead of needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key.
