The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XLAHX-V5GH or 489XLAHXV5GH, is a mechanical-shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission apertures including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path compared to multi-piece designs. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm) and output power of 46-55 HP (31-40 kW). Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
