The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XQAHX-A3GZ or 489XQAHXA3GZ, is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for a separate adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and uses tapered bearings for greater load capacity.
