The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XQITX-A6XD or 489XQITXA6XD is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The one-piece cast iron housing mounts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and Eaton Endurant.
