The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XUEVX-A3XK or 489XUEVXA3XK, is a mechanical-shift PTO built around an 8-bolt one-piece cast iron housing that mounts directly to compatible manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The integral housing eliminates an adapter-plate leak path while delivering the same torque capacity as the 442 Series. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for improved load capacity, and internal parts are common to the 442 Series. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
