The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890HCFJW-D5XY or 890HCFJWD5XY, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO built for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts with a 10-bolt pattern and uses a hydraulic PowerShift (hot shift) engagement. The SAE C ("XS") output shaft uses Wet Spline Technology to extend both PTO and pump shaft life in demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 lb-ft, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The one-piece main shaft relocates the clutch to the rear of the housing, moving the pump mounting flange rearward for improved clearance between the pump and the frame rail.
