The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890NDFJW-B3ZS or 890NDFJWB3ZS, is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern with an SAE C outlet flange and SAE C ("XS") output shaft. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found in PTO-plus-extension designs, and the clutch is positioned at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks close to the transmission, freeing space between the unit and the frame rail. Wet-spline output technology lubricates the shaft interface under load, extending both PTO and pump shaft service life. Shaft power output reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1000 RPM.
