The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 890CCFJW-B3ZS or 890CCFJWB3ZS, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output at the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing tightly against the transmission to gain clearance between the PTO and the frame rail. The main shaft is a single one-piece design, eliminating the input splines between the PTO body and the output extension. A Wet Spline output (SAE C flange) extends pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ ft-lb.
