The Chelsea 890NFFJW-B3CZ or 890NFFJWB3CZ is a hydraulic hot-shift power take-off built for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The Chelsea 890 Series is a single-unit PTO, not a PTO with a bolt-on extension. The clutch is positioned at the rear of the unit so the housing and gear section sit close to the transmission, keeping the overall profile compact between the transmission and the frame rail. An additional bracket at the rear of the transmission provides support beyond the standard side-mount attachment. The 890 Series is compatible with Allison transmissions equipped with or without a cooler, a retarder, or both.
