The Chelsea 897CAFJW-M3CF or 897CAFJWM3CF is a constant-engagement power take-off designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The 897 Series moves the pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, improving pump clearance where space is tight. It mounts with a 10-bolt pattern and uses an SAE C outlet flange and SAE C output shaft. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines common to PTO-plus-extension setups.
