The Chelsea 221ZLDAX-A5RB or 221ZLDAXA5RB is a 6-bolt power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 221 Series, built for low-speed, heavy-duty work on dump trucks, tow and recovery units, and aerial equipment. It uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and other compatible units.
