The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272ABKUP-B5BV or 272ABKUPB5BV, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO built for medium-duty vocational applications. It uses a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. The 272 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and an intermittent rating of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible with a broad range of transmission manufacturers including Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM.
