The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272ABKUP-B5RB or 272ABKUPB5RB, is a 6-bolt medium-duty hot shift PTO designed for demanding mobile equipment applications including towing and recovery, aerial work, construction, and water trucks. It features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and a pneumatic/hydraulic PowerShift mechanism with an integral air control valve. Continuous torque capacity reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). At 1,000 RPM, shaft output is rated at 57 HP (43 kW).
