The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272ADKUP-B5XV or 272ADKUPB5XV, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty applications including aerial, construction equipment, water trucks, and towing and recovery work. It features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is rated at 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
