The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272FSLLP-K8XV or 272FSLLPK8XV, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO built for medium-duty applications in towing and recovery, aerial, construction, and water truck service. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, RAM, and other manufacturers. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic/PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
