The Chelsea 272GBHVP-B5XR or 272GBHVPB5XR is a 272 Series hot-shift power take-off assembly with a 6-bolt mounting pattern. It features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. The 272 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range, and delivers 56+ HP at the rated output. The series consolidates several earlier Chelsea medium-duty PTO lines into a single platform, with applications spanning aerial work, construction equipment, towing and recovery, and water trucks.
