The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off, part number 272MBAJP-R5XD or 272MBAJPR5XD, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty truck applications including aerial, construction equipment, water trucks, and towing and recovery. It shifts via pneumatic air switch or PowerShift hydraulic actuation and includes an integral air control valve as standard. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capacity reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
