The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XMDAX-P3XD or 272XMDAXP3XD, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built on Chelsea's 6-bolt mounting platform. This unit features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. Continuous torque is rated up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque falls in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Output power exceeds 56 HP at operating speed, with shaft power measured at 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
