The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XSESX-Q5RK or 272XSESXQ5RK, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO designed for medium-duty work in aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck applications. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM platforms. The output is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" keyway. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. The 272 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft and an intermittent rating of 201-300 lb-ft. Output power reaches 56+ HP, with shaft power of 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
