The Chelsea 281GMFJP-B3SV or 281GMFJPB3SV is a 281 Series hydraulically shifted hot-shift Power Take-Off built for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture, commonly found on Allison transmissions. The 281 Series delivers a continuous torque rating of 390 lb-ft (529 Nm) and offers nine speed ratios covering both low and high ranges. It mounts with a 10-bolt pattern and supports multiple output types including SAE B and SAE C pump flanges, ISO 7652 pump flange, and driveline outputs. Key design upgrades over the predecessor 280 Series include a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, and an 80% thicker clutch pack steel disc.
