The Chelsea PTO Assembly, part number 281GMFJW-B8RY or 281GMFJWB8RY, is a power takeoff unit built around a nine-ratio speed range covering both low and high speeds. Bearing caps are ductile iron, rated 117% stronger than gray iron. An O-ring sealing configuration reduces vibration effects and maintains clamp load. Rotatable cast-iron flanges address interference clearance issues, and positive-stop driveline outputs protect oil seals from coupling damage. Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) guards driven equipment, while the optional Wet Spline Lubrication system delivers 7 to 10 times greater shaft life. The included hose eliminates a separate order.
