Additional Information
The Chelsea 281 Series is suited for demanding continuous-duty markets including fire and rescue, refuse, truck cranes, and pumper/cleaner applications. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce pump clearance interference. The positive-stop feature on driveline outputs eliminates oil seal damage from coupling contact. SmartStart reduces shock load at engagement for applications where that protection is needed. Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) provides an additional layer of protection for driven equipment.
