The Chelsea 281 Series Power Take-Off, part number 281GSFJP-B8XV or 281GSFJPB8XV, is a hydraulically shifted hot-shift PTO built for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture, including Allison and Caterpillar applications. The 281 Series is a direct evolution of the proven 280 Series, with a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an 80% thicker clutch pack steel disc for improved wear resistance, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap to reduce vibrational effects and improve clamp load.
