The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282GDAJX-B3BD or 282GDAJXB3BD, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for continuous-duty operation. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation with an integral air valve. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. Direct-mount outputs are available with the optional Wet-Spline configuration for extended PTO and pump shaft service life. Driveshaft outputs include a positive stop to prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes. Common applications include aerial equipment, towing and recovery, construction equipment, water trucks, and home fuel oil delivery trucks.
