The Chelsea 282GDAJX-B5BD is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO assembly from the 282 Series, designed for 8-bolt transmission mounting on Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. It supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation with an integral air valve built in. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. The series delivers continuous torque up to 300 lb-ft and intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range; shaft power reaches 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Rotatable flanges, a Wet-Spline option for extended pump shaft life, and a Smart Start option for high-torque engagement make this assembly a fit for fuel oil delivery, towing and recovery, aerial work, and construction equipment.
