The Chelsea 282GGAJX-13BD or 282GGAJX13BD is a 282 Series medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off assembly designed for demanding mobile equipment applications. The 282 Series replaces and consolidates the earlier Chelsea 238 Series, combining the most capable components from that line into a single medium-duty platform. Nine available speed ratios and 18 shift configurations make this series adaptable across a wide range of vehicle and equipment installations. The positive stop on driveshaft outputs prevents seal damage from driveshaft yokes, a practical detail for installations that see frequent yoke removal. Wet-Spline technology is available as an option for direct-mount configurations, reducing wear at the pump shaft interface. The Smart Start option supports high-torque start-up situations common in aerial and towing applications.
