The Chelsea 282GGAJX-B3XD or 282GGAJXB3XD is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot-shift power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission platforms. This unit shifts via pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and delivers a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output runs 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1000 RPM. The integral air valve, rotatable flanges, and optional Wet-Spline lubrication make this unit well-suited for aerial, towing and recovery, construction, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
