The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282GKAJX-A3RY or 282GKAJXA3RY, is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift PTO compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission platforms. It ships with a 1-1/4" round output shaft featuring a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. The 282 Series carries a continuous-duty torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and an intermittent rating in the 201-300 lb-ft range. Shaft power output is rated at 29 HP (500 RPM) and 57 HP (1,000 RPM). The integral air valve, rotatable flanges, and optional Wet-Spline technology suit aerial, towing and recovery, construction, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
